We had trailer tracking carried out in Sheffield. Location updates help when customers change appointment times at short notice. Before having the tracker fitted we were relying on phone calls and handwritten notes, which was not ideal once several vehicles were out during the day. The installation was tidy, the dashboard was shown to us properly and we could start using it straight away. It has made the working day easier to organise.
